Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n                    <li>Dans un rondeau, faire cuire la pancetta pendant 4 \u00e0 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit croustillante et dor\u00e9e. La retirer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 trous et la transf\u00e9rer dans une assiette recouverte de papier absorbant. D\u00e9glacer la po\u00eale avec le bouillon et ajouter les poireaux. Faire revenir pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient translucides. Ajouter les asperges et faire revenir 3 \u00e0 4 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Retirer du feu et incorporer la pancetta cuite.<\/li>\n                    <li>Dans un grand bol, fouetter ensemble le velout\u00e9 de poireau et pomme de terre Signature refroidi, les oeufs et le poivre. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange aux cubes de pain et remuer pour bien les enrober. Incorporer le m\u00e9lange de pancetta et le fromage de ch\u00e8vre en r\u00e9servant une ou deux tasses pour la garniture.
