  1. Pour 10 oz (1 ¼ Cups/325 mL) of hot Zuppa Alla Bolognese into an oven-proof soup vessel.
  2. Top with ½ cup (125 mL) of shredded mozzarella. Then sprinkle with 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. To Serve: Top wth chopped parsley. Serve with 2 garlic crostini.
